Robert Pedrosa

Robert Pedrosa is currently the Director of Live Game Operations at Hi-Rez Studios. Robert has over 5 years of experience in this field and has developed and implemented policies and procedures for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, and service provision. Additionally, they have managed staff to perform deployments, monitoring, maintenance, break/fix for Web and Online Game infrastructure.

Prior to their current position, Mr. Pedrosa served as the Director, Technical Support Cloud and Hosting Services at Internap. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing KPI’s for performance and function of services, managing technical support and operations teams consistently with the strategic objectives and the company's performance targets based on Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and developing leadership through selection, coaching, coaching, and succession planning.

Mr. Pedrosa began their career as a Sr Manager Network Operations Low Latency Trading at Alta Telecom where they worked for 2 years before moving on to their current role at Hi-Rez Studios.

Robert Pedrosa has a Bachelor of Arts in Informatics from Mercer University and a Master of Arts in Education from The University of Texas at Austin.
