Scarlet Dangerfield

Scarlet Dangerfield, PHR has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Scarlet started their career as an HR Intern at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they provided support to employees and conducted training on the use of an assessment process. Scarlet then worked as a Recruiter & HR Administrator at SAIC, sourcing resumes, negotiating salaries, and providing general HR support. After that, they joined Comtech, LLC as a Human Resources Manager and Corporate Recruiter, where they were responsible for all HR activities and performed life cycle recruiting. Scarlet then moved on to CCP as an HR Manager, overseeing multiple locations and managing various HR functions. Scarlet later joined Xaviant as an HR & Talent Acquisition Director, leading a team of developers and partnering with technology companies to create AAA games. Scarlet then joined Hi-Rez Studios, first as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Talent Development and later as the VP of Talent. In addition to their corporate experience, Scarlet has also been actively involved in volunteer work, serving as a Volunteer Hike Leader for the Women of the Triangle Hiking Club and an Ambassador for Women in Games WIGJ.

Scarlet Dangerfield, PHR, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from George Mason University from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, they have earned several certifications, including a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2009. Scarlet also obtained certifications in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace, HR-Executive Suite Connection, and Diversity and Inclusion for HR from various institutions in 2019 and 2021.
