Milind Patel

Milind Patel began their work experience as a Software Engineer Trainee at L&T Infotech in November 1999. Milind then worked as a Software Engineer from November 2000 to June 2002, followed by roles as a Sr. Software Engineer, Project Leader, Project Manager, Sr. Project Manager, and Portfolio Delivery Manager, all within the same company. In March 2015, they became the Global Delivery Head at L&T Infotech and held that role until November 2017. After leaving L&T Infotech, they joined Hitech Digital Solutions LLP as the Head of BPM & Engineering Solutions in December 2017, where they presently work.

Milind Patel's education history is as follows:

From 2001 to 2004, Milind attended the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance.

Prior to that, from 1995 to 1999, Milind studied at Gujarat University and earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Communications.

Before entering university, Milind attended Vidyanagar High School from 1993 to 1995 to complete their high school education.

In addition to their formal education, Milind has obtained several certifications. Milind completed a program in Product Management at the Indian School of Business in October 2022. In December 2021, they received a certification in Hands On Essentials - Data Warehouse from Snowflake. In October 2020, they completed the Executive Program in Investment Management from BSE Institute Ltd.

Milind also holds certifications in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) from UiPath. In August 2018, they received certifications in RPA Awareness, RPA Business Analyst, and RPA Implementation Methodology.

Furthermore, Milind holds a Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in November 2014.

While Milind has additional certifications such as Associate in General Insurance (INS21, INS22, and INS23) from the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) Society and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, the dates of when they obtained these certifications are not provided.
