Hank Marshall has a diverse work experience in the brewing industry. Hank started their career at Hendersonville Country Club as a Tennis Shop Employee. Hank then worked as a Summer Intern at Flat Rock Cider Works, where they gained experience in filling, packaging, and customer service. After that, they worked at Miller's Fine Dry Cleaning as a Camp Laundry Employee/Manager, overseeing a team and maintaining equipment. Hank later joined Appalachian State University as a student. Hank then moved into the brewing industry, starting as an Assistant Brewer/Cellarman at RJ Rockers Brewing Company, where they worked closely with the head brewer and director of operations to streamline processes and improve beer quality. Hank later became a Brewer, overseeing brewing operations and implementing improvements. Hank eventually became the Head Brewer at RJ Rockers, overseeing a small team and managing raw material inventory. Most recently, Hank worked at Hi-Wire Brewing as a Compliance Officer and Brewing Coordinator before becoming the Head Brewer.
Hank Marshall obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Appalachian State University. Hank attended the university from 2012 until 2016.

Hi-Wire Brewing
Hi-Wire produces approachable and balanced beers in the heart of Asheville NC, the little circus town we call home. With the opening of our second location in the summer of 2015, our ales and lagers can now be found in grocery stores and restaurants across North Carolina, as well as neighboring South Carolina, most of Tennessee & parts of Georgia.
