Jussi Peltoniemi

Jussi Peltoniemi has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Jussi started their career in 2006 as a Vehicle Inspector at A-Katsastus Group. In 2008, they joined Cargotec Finland Oy as a Quality Engineer and Quality Supervisor, where they focused on production and product quality development, as well as internal stakeholder cooperation.

In 2009, Jussi founded Varsinais-Suomen Löytötavaratoimisto Oy, a private lost and found office in Turku area. Jussi served as the Owner and Chairman of the Board for the company, which collected lost property from cooperating companies such as local buses, hotels, and nightclubs. After running the business successfully for 7.5 years, it was sold to a competitor in 2016.

Moving to Hiab in 2015, Jussi took on the role of Project Manager, managing new product development and delivery projects. Additionally, they created project plans, timelines, and KPI metrics for various projects. Jussi later served as the Value Stream Manager for Commercial Demountables, before becoming the Sales & Operations Planning Manager. Jussi's last position in Hiab was as Interim Operations Director, responsible for developing and delivering a long-term business line growth strategy.

Throughout their career, Jussi has demonstrated a strong focus on operational excellence, quality improvement, and business development.

Jussi Peltoniemi completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Automotive and Transportation Engineering from the Turku University of Applied Sciences between 2003 and 2007. Jussi then pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial systems at Tampere University from 2017 to 2019.
