Yhojenis Sanoja

Yhojenis Sanoja has had a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. From 2019, they worked at HIAS as an HR Officer. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Human Capital Manager at Aerolínea Estelar Latinoamérica, where they were responsible for coordinating and supervising HR programs and activities. From 2013 to 2015, they served as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Selection at Alvann Art-Deco, C.A, where they directed and supervised the recruitment and selection process, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines and maintaining satisfactory levels of customer service. Throughout their career, Yhojenis has also been involved in creating reports, developing manuals, and executing mass selection plans.

Yhojenis Sanoja has a diverse education history spanning several years. In 1999, they attended the Colegio Universitario Francisco de Miranda, where they obtained a degree as a Tecnico Superior Universitario en Administración with a specialization in Recursos Humanos. From 2009 to 2012, they pursued their undergraduate studies at the Universidad Nacional Experimental Simón Rodríguez, earning a Licenciado en Administración degree, again with a focus on Recursos Humanos.

Yhojenis later pursued further education in the field of psychology. Yhojenis attended the Universidad Bicentenaria de Aragua, where they completed their studies from 2016 to 2021 and obtained a degree as a Psicólogo. Additionally, they enrolled in the Corporación Internacional Líderes de Latinoamérica to pursue a diploma in Terapia Cognitivo Conductual, focusing on the field of psychology.

Yhojenis Sanoja expanded their knowledge and skills through various additional courses. At the same Universidad Bicentenaria de Aragua, they also completed a diploma in Psicología Clínica e Intervención Comunitaria, offered in collaboration with Ingenium.
