Andy Paulson

Andy Paulson is an accomplished professional in the fields of psychology and education with extensive experience spanning several decades. Currently serving as the Founding School Psychologist at Hiawatha Academies since March 2017, Andy also founded Ignite Child Development Services in January 2020. Additionally, responsibilities include partnerships for Stronger Brains Inc. starting in January 2019. Previously, Andy was the Founding President of Integrated Development Services from 1999 to 2016, and held the position of Assistant Director at the Parent-Infant Clinic within the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from April 1992 to June 1999. Early career experience includes teaching at Reece School from September 1982 to June 1986. Andy holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Applied Psychology from New York University and completed a Child Psychology Internship and Fellowship at The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine.
