Paul Poncin

Paul Poncin is a finance professional with extensive experience in commercial banking and lending. Currently serving as Managing Director at Hiawatha National Bank since November 2021, Paul also contributes as a Board Member for the St. Cloud State University Alumni Board and the Minnesota Real Estate Exchangors. Previously, Paul held the position of Vice President of Commercial Lending at 21st Century Bank, where the focus was on providing tailored financial solutions for small businesses. Earlier roles include significant positions at Associated Bank, US Bank, and TCF Bank, where achievements included awards for top loan volume and leadership in SBA sales.
