Arlance Jenkins

Arlance Jenkins has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career in the US Army, serving as a Mission Director and Brigade Operations S-3. After that, they worked as a Warehouse Supervisor at Best Buy, overseeing logistical distribution for multiple markets. They then joined Marian Fort Worth as a Sales Engineer, providing innovative solutions to customers' manufacturing and assembly problems. Arlance subsequently joined the Dr Pepper Snapple Group as part of their Emerging Leadership Program. They later worked at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., first as a Branch Manager and then as an Area Director, responsible for multiple branch level operations. Currently, Arlance is the Vice President of Supply Chain at Hibbett Sports, where they lead the distribution and logistic teams and collaborate with business partners to achieve distribution objectives.

Arlance Jenkins attended Chamblee Charter High School from 2000 to 2004. In 2004, they then went on to complete the West Point Military Prep School program with a focus on Systems Engineering. From 2005 to 2009, Arlance studied at the United States Military Academy at West Point, earning a Bachelor's degree in Science and Engineering. Their field of study included Systems Engineering and Law. In 2017, Arlance obtained a Six Sigma- Yellow Belt certification from Dr Pepper Snapple Group.
