In 2005, they joined Luxottica Retail as an IT Manager, responsible for leading a team, managing software releases, and conducting code reviews. After that, they worked at Smart IT Staffing as a Sr. Technical Consultant, where they wrote RFPs, organized training, and implemented a software release management process, improving efficiency by 60%. In 2011, they joined Lowe's Companies, Inc. as a Sr. IT Manager, holding multiple roles including leading an Agile software engineering team, collaborating with stakeholders, and managing large software projects.
