Avi Forchheimer

Avi Forchheimer currently serves as the Chief of Staff at HiBob since 2024. Prior to this role, Forchheimer was the Founder of Stealth, an equity management platform for startup employees, from 2023 to 2024. From 2020 to 2023, Forchheimer held the position of Director of Corporate Development (M&A Lead) at Amdocs, managing the full M&A lifecycle and leading cross-functional teams. Forchheimer's experience also includes serving as a Venture Capital Investor at Jerusalem Venture Partners from 2018 to 2020, a Board Observer at ControlUp, and an MBA Venture Capital Associate at Viola Growth in 2018. Earlier roles include strategic business development at NTT Communications and business development management at Voxbone. Forchheimer holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Business Administration from Reichman University.
