Franciele da Paz

Franciele da Paz is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as Marketing Coordinator at Híbrido since March 2022. Previously, Franciele held the position of Coordenadora de Marketing at LINCROS from March 2019 to October 2021, focusing on branding and performance while leading initiatives to strengthen the company's market presence. Franciele also contributed as a Performance Specialist during the integration of HBSIS's product division, supporting naming processes and customer experience efforts. Franciele’s marketing career began as an Analista de Marketing at HBSIS, where significant company growth and a new marketing vision were achieved. The journey in marketing commenced at Via Àpia Feiras e Eventos as an Assistente de Marketing. Franciele holds an MBA in Marketing, Branding, and Growth from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UniSociesc Centro Universitário, and additional qualifications in digital marketing and design.
