Poly Kiosses possesses extensive legal and management experience, currently serving as the Director of People and General Counsel at Hickory since May 2010. Responsibilities include negotiating substantial multi-million dollar agreements with developers, overseeing major subcontracts and supply agreements, and supervising litigation and contract negotiations. Prior experience includes the role of General Counsel at Vestas, where negotiation of engineering procurement and construction contracts and advising on arbitration disputes was central. Previous positions include Senior Associate at Minter Ellison Rudd Watts and Norton Rose Fulbright, and Lawyer at Pinsent Masons. Poly Kiosses holds an Advanced Management Program degree from Harvard Business School and multiple academic qualifications in Law, including Master of Laws and Bachelor’s Degrees from the University of Melbourne and Monash University.
