Alexander McCay

Alexander McCay currently serves as the Pastor of College Discipleship at Hickory Grove Baptist Church, where responsibilities include overseeing spiritual formation and educational programs for college-age and young adult ministries. Prior to this role, Alexander worked at the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association as a Training and Youth Relations Associate, implementing training strategies and leading sessions to enhance participant engagement. Previous experience includes positions as Inventory Administrator for the Rapid Response Team, Tenant Relations Manager/Project Coordinator at Park Avenue Properties LLC, and various roles in recruitment and sales. Alexander holds a Master of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
