John Welsh

John Welsh has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Managing Director and previously as Operations Director at Hickorys Smokehouse since September 2007. Prior positions include General Manager at Soho House & Co from September 2006 to September 2007, Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at The Dorchester from September 2005 to September 2006, and Food and Beverage Manager at The Chester Grosvenor from July 1997 to August 2005. John Welsh holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Hospitality Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
