Josh Nippoldt

Sr. Director, Strategic Pricing at HID Global

Josh Nippoldt began their work experience in 1999 as a Technical Aide at 3M, where they prepared and performed testing of diaper adhesive and release systems. Josh then joined HID Global in 2003 as a Sr. Materials Engineer, responsible for engineering ink ribbons, plastic cards, and polyester overlaminates used in plastic card personalization printers. In 2012, Josh transitioned into the role of Sr. Product Marketing Manager at HID Global, providing strategic direction for consumable products in the FARGO line of printers. Josh later became the Green Team Leader at the Eden Prairie site, focusing on ensuring sustainability in HID Global's products and business practices. Currently, Josh serves as the Sr. Director of Strategic Pricing at HID Global.

Josh Nippoldt holds an MBA degree in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship, which they obtained from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management in 2011. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at the University of Minnesota, earning a BChE degree in Chemical Engineering in 2003. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications through LinkedIn, focusing on topics such as productivity, leadership, security, business development, and finance.
