Paul Easto

Paul Easto has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Paul currently serves as the Head of Commercial Strategic Development at HID Global since November 2019. Prior to this, they worked at De La Rue as the Head of Commercial Strategic Development from July 2018 to November 2019, and as a Senior Commercial Manager from June 2013 to November 2019.

Before joining De La Rue, Paul worked at Kingsbridge Consulting Services Ltd as a Consultant & Interim Manager from January 2013 to January 2015. Additionally, they served as the EMEA Commercial Manager at HTC from April 2011 to September 2012, where they managed customer contracts and relationships with mobile operators across 25+ countries.

Earlier in their career, Paul worked as a Consultant & Interim Management at Commnect Consulting from June 2009 to January 2011. Paul also held the position of EMEA Commercial Director at Accton Technology Corporation from March 2005 to March 2009, where they managed contracts, projects, and led negotiations with customers and sub-contractors.

Before Accton, Paul worked as a Business Development Consultant at Simentra Limited from August 2002 to January 2005. Paul also held several roles at Allied Telesis, including Vice President of Commercial & Corporate Development from December 2000 to March 2002, and Divisional Managing Director from May 1999 to June 2001.

In addition, Paul worked as the International Operations Director at Teltrend Inc from September 1997 to May 1999. Paul started their career at Securicor 3net, where they held the positions of General Manager of the Network Systems Division from September 1994 to September 1997, and Sales & Marketing Director from December 1990 to September 1994. During their time at Securicor 3net, they achieved significant revenue growth and successfully managed RFx tenders, bids, pricing, margins, and contract negotiations.

Paul Easto has a Diploma in Company Direction (IoD) from Henley Business School and a B.Sc Hons in Physics from the University of Nottingham.
