Gretchen Tian

Gretchen Tian currently serves as the Director of People Operations at Hidden Road, where the focus is on enhancing access to traditional and digital markets through modern technology. Prior to this role, Gretchen held the position of Associate Director of HRBP and People Operations at Google’s Sidewalk Labs, providing strategic support for organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, and compliance. Gretchen's experience also includes leading global human resources efforts at 3.1 Phillip Lim, managing recruitment and HR strategies to align with company goals. With a foundation in human resources management at S'well and a visual merchandising role at Banana Republic, Gretchen possesses a diverse background in operational leadership and employee engagement. Gretchen earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Ithaca College, with a study abroad experience at the University of Sydney.
