Aimee Gibson

Aimee Gibson, MBA, currently serves as the Assistant General Manager at Hideaway Pizza since July 2023. Prior to this role, Aimee held the position of Director of Operations at Aimee Brews Coffee House & Transition Program from May 2022 to June 2023 and was a Graduate Student at Rogers State University from October 2020 to May 2022, where Aimee earned a Master of Business Administration degree. Aimee's extensive background in customer service management includes roles at Chuy's Restaurants from March 2019 to October 2020, as well as at Lefty's on Greenwood and Mi Cocina between September 2016 and August 2016.
