Ricardo Fernandes Pereira

Mr. Ricardo Fernandes Pereira has developed a career with more than 21 years of experience in renowned national and multinational companies, working in relevant positions in the financial area, in product management and in strategic planning.

He began his professional career in strategic consulting at DiamondCluster International (currently Oliver Wyman) where he spent more than 3 years defining, implementing corporate business strategies and launching products for telecommunications, utilities and technology companies. In 2003 he joined Telefônica S/A in the position of Superintendent of Access Products, in 2004 he became Superintendent of Traffic Products and in 2007 the position of Regional Superintendent of Products, a position he held until 2008. from 2008 to 2009 he also served as Senior Manager of SME Marketing at Embratel S/A. Between 2010 and 2013 he worked at Positivo Informática S/A, where he served as Financial Vice President and Investor Relations Officer. He was Executive Director of Finance and Corporate Strategy at Tigre S/A from 2014 to 2016. In November 2016, he became Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer of Ouro Verde Locação e Serviço SA, where he worked until December 2021. He has also worked at IBEF-PR (Brazilian Institute of Finance Executives of Paraná) since 2019, when he started as a member of the Leadership Development Committee. He was invited to assume the post of first Vice-President in mid-2021 and was elected in September 2021 to occupy the position of President of IBEF-PR. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering (with an emphasis on Telecommunications) from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo. He held courses and specialization training in management, business strategy and finance, some of which were abroad. In 2012, Mr. Ricardo was elected the third best CFO in Latin America by Institutional Investor in the Latin America Executive Team ranking.

Mr. Ricardo Fernandes Pereira, in the last 5 years, was not subject to the effects of any criminal conviction, conviction or application of penalty in an administrative proceeding before the CVM, as well as a final and unappealable conviction, in the judicial or administrative sphere, which had the effect of suspending or disqualification from practicing any professional activity.
