Kenneth Ingstrup Johannesson

Kenneth Ingstrup Johannesson has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Kenneth Ingstrup started their career at Vestas Wind Systems in 2007, where they worked as an IT Service Centre Agent and later as an Incident Expert. In these roles, they were responsible for managing critical incidents, problem analysis, and transferring problem records to relevant teams. Kenneth Ingstrup also acted as a team leader, provided training to new employees, and played a key role in information sharing between different service centers. In 2012, they joined Grundfos A/S as a Support Engineer Analyst, where they worked until 2021. Currently, they are employed at HiFi Klubben A/S as an IT-supporter, and they will transition to the role of Head of IT in 2023.

Kenneth Ingstrup Johannesson completed their primary education at Viborg Private Realskole between 1985 to 1995. Kenneth Ingstrup then pursued a degree in Retail Butcher at Aarhus Tech from 1996 to 1999, earning 43 points. Later, in 2006, they attended Aarhus Tech again and completed a program in Security Officer, passing the course.
