Stephen Beauparlant

Stephen Beauparlant is the Director of Global Scientific Operations at HiFiBiO Therapeutics. He is an accomplished operations manager with almost 10 years of experience in laboratory operations and standardization.

Before joining HiFiBiO, Steve was the Director of Laboratory Operations for Bioinnovation Labs (BioLabs), a biotech coworking space for early-stage companies. There, he developed lab operations protocols, safety programs and managed day-to-day lab operations at three Massachusetts locations housing over 50 early-stage biotech companies. He also built out new locations and lead efforts in multiple site relocations in the Boston area. Steve developed network-wide initiatives in systems operations and aided in the buildout and setup of multiple international locations including Paris, France and Heidelberg, Germany.

Steve received a B.S. from Pennsylvania State University and a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and Genetics from Temple University, in Pennsylvania. His post-doctoral training was at the Molecular Oncology Research Institute at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, MA.
