Charlotte Caldwell

Charlotte Caldwell serves as a medical billing specialist for HIFU Prostate Services (HPS) and has over 10 years experience in healthcare administration and management.

Charlotte, a Boston native, has worked in some of Boston’s most prominent hospitals such as the Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Boston Children’s Hospital and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. There she served as a unit coordinator, medical biller, and patient advocate. Charlotte holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management from South University in Savannah, Georgia.
