Rajat founded High Beam Global in July 2010, where Rajat currently serves as the Head of Market Research, overseeing the knowledge services business. In addition, Rajat is a co-founder of Synq.Fit and The Insight Partners since September 2020 and October 2015, respectively. Rajat also co-founded Big Bros Restaurants, a cloud kitchen platform, from August 2019 to June 2021. Prior to these ventures, Rajat was a Group Manager at Evalueserve from September 2003 to July 2010, after starting as a Senior Contact Associate at Jindals - Intellicom Contact Center from October 2002 to June 2003. Rajat holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi University, completed between 2000 and 2003.
