Manon Rouzineau

Manon Rouzineau is an experienced innovation manager with a strong focus on startup creation and disruptive technology trends. Currently serving as Manager Innovation at HighCo Venturi since February 2020, Manon collaborates closely with partner executives to leverage market trends for brand and retail opportunities. Previous roles include leading innovation projects for Monoprix, and consulting positions at Bartle and Impulse Partners, specializing in innovation acceleration across construction, energy, and smart city sectors. Manon is also an active member of the Rennes School of Business Alumni Committee and has invested in Team for the Planet, an initiative targeting climate change innovations. Manon's educational background includes a Master's in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from INSA Rennes and a degree from Rennes School of Business.
