Delayna started their career at RKL LLP as a Human Resources Intern, where they learned about various HR processes and assisted with orientation and recruitment efforts. Delayna then interned at High Companies as a Human Resources Solutions Center Intern, where they handled employee verifications and onboarding processes. Delayna also worked at Hershey's Farm Market as a Customer Service representative, where they assisted customers and managed stock. Delayna later joined Penn National Gaming as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for phone screening and selecting candidates. Currently, they are working at High Companies as a Human Resource Generalist, focusing on employee relations and participating in various employee-related activities.
