Jacob Chasteen

Jacob Chasteen is a Family Physician Assistant with experience working at High Country Community Health, PALMS MEDICAL GROUP, and serving as an EMT at Watauga Medics Inc and Samaritan's Purse. Additionally, Jacob has experience as a GK Coach at High Country Soccer and as a World Medical Mission Intern at Samaritan's Purse. Jacob holds a Master's degree in Physician Assistant from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-professional Health & Exercise Science with a minor in Chemistry from Appalachian State University.
