Shawn Hamele

Shawn Hamele is a seasoned professional in executive recruiting, currently serving as a Senior Partner and Executive Recruiter at High Country Search Group since July 2008, focusing on retained and high-level contingency searches for Finance, Accounting, IT, and HR roles in the Denver market. Prior to this role, Shawn was the Global Training Leader at Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry Company, where responsibilities included overseeing global training operations and developing extensive training content. Earlier experience includes serving as Regional Director for Permanent Placement at Ajilon Finance Solutions, managing multiple offices and a large team of recruiters, and holding the position of National Trainer for Executive Search. Shawn earned a BA in Economics from the University of Minnesota.
