Philip Evans

Philip Evans is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial due diligence and M&A advisory. Currently serving as Director at Finmatix Financial Consulting since November 2016, Philip has also taken on the role of Consultant Director at ACP Altenburg Advisory since April 2021, focusing on debt advisory for UK businesses. Philip provides interim financial support and modeling for the High Court Enforcement Group and has contributed to various M&A projects, including sell-side advisory for Fuel Learning and buy-side advisory for Polygon Group. Additional roles include consulting for EOS Deal Advisory and interim support for organizations such as BANNER LIMITED and Bridges Fund Management Ltd.
