Chuck Wallace

Chuck Wallace is the current CEO and Co-Founder of High Definition Vehicle Insurance. Chuck has extensive experience in the insurance industry, having co-founded Esurance and served as its President from 1999 to 2007. Chuck then went on to lead uSell from 2009 to 2012.

Under their leadership, uSell successfully turned around a faltering international gold buying company and transformed it into the leading eCommerce platform for selling used electronics. In just 3 months after the uSell re-launch, they were able to reduce customer acquisition costs by 80% and operating costs by 70%.

Chuck Wallace is a proven leader in the insurance industry, with a track record of success in both start-ups and turnaround situations. Chuck is currently applying their skills and experience to grow High Definition Vehicle Insurance into a successful company.

Chuck Wallace has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Wharton School, a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from the United States Air Force Academy. Chuck also has a high school diploma from East Catholic High School.
