Christina Cid, Ph.D., currently serves as a Faculty Mentor at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis since January 2023. With extensive experience in educational leadership, Christina Cid has held positions such as Director of Strategic Projects and Director of Programs at the High Desert Museum since June 2014. Previously, Christina Cid was an instructor at Oregon State University-Cascades from January 2017 to May 2019, where instruction focused on Elementary Methods III in the Master of Arts in Teaching program. From May 2006 to June 2014, Christina Cid was the Director of Education at the Texas Memorial Museum, overseeing educational programs, collaborations, grant applications, and program evaluations. Earlier roles include Project Coordinator at the UTeach|Dell Center for New Teacher Success and various teaching positions within the Austin Independent School District. Christina Cid holds a Ph.D. in Science Education from The University of Texas at Austin, along with a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Learning and Development from the same institution.
