Rachael Sharp

Rachael Sharp is an accomplished professional with a strong background in engineering and partnership management. Currently serving as the Director of Partnerships at HEO USA since June 2022, Rachael has previously held roles including Partnerships Manager and Project Manager for Space Innovation. Prior experience includes working as a Project Engineer for Transport for NSW on the Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport Project and as a Mechanical Engineer cadet. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering, both obtained from UNSW. Rachael also has extensive experience in academic roles as a head demonstrator and demonstrator for multiple engineering courses at UNSW.
