Steven McGlynn is an accomplished operations and management professional with extensive experience in the restaurant and brewing industry. Currently serving as Assistant Director of Operations at High Flying Foods since August 2019, Steven previously held key roles including General Manager at Viewpoint Brewing Co., where a major operational turnaround resulted in a $420k profit within nine months, and Director of Operations at Halcyon Coffee Bar & Lounge. Steven has demonstrated a proven track record of increasing sales, enhancing operational efficiencies, and training staff across multiple locations. With earlier roles at Catania Coastal Italian, Eddie V's Restaurants Inc., and others, Steven has consistently achieved outstanding financial results and is recognized for high service and food standards.
