Sam Whitehouse

Sam Whitehouse is an accomplished professional in the life sciences sector, currently serving as Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of High Force Research Ltd since January 2021. Additionally, since January 2018, Sam has been the CEO of LIGHTOX LIMITED, which focuses on innovative tools for the therapeutics and diagnostics industries. Sam holds a board position at Medilink North of England and previously served as the Royal Society Entrepreneur in Residence from April 2019 to December 2022. Prior roles include Director and Chief Operating Officer at QuantuMDx Group Limited, Business Development Manager at N8 Molecular Engineering Translational Research Centre, and Research Scientist at Lombard Medical Technologies plc. Sam earned a PhD in Chemistry and an MChem from The University of Sheffield.
