Allison Davis

Allison Davis is a dedicated nonprofit leader currently serving as the Associate Director of Constituent Engagement at High Jump since 2025. Previously, they held various roles at Buddy Up For Life, Inc., including Program Director, where they oversaw adaptive programs for individuals with Down syndrome, and Coordinator Director, managing volunteer efforts across multiple chapters. Allison's past experience also includes working as a Disability Inclusion Specialist and Tikvah Support Counselor at Ramah Darom, where they fostered inclusive environments for campers with disabilities. They earned a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The George Washington University.
