Pam Sharma

Pam Sharma, CHRL, currently serves as the Director of Organizational Effectiveness for North America at High Liner Foods, a position held since January 2021. Prior to this, Pam held several significant roles, including Senior Talent Advisor at BMO Financial Group from June 2014 to December 2020, and National Manager/Department Head of Talent & Performance Management at McDonald's Restaurants of Canada Limited from October 2010 to June 2014. Additional experience includes positions at CML HealthCare Inc., ADP, KPMG, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, and Accenture, with a focus on talent management and human resources. Pam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a specialization in Human Resources Management from the University of Waterloo.
