John also rolled out a cost of sales and labor management platform to all locations (CrunchTime!), redesigned the FP&A reporting regimen, both for US-based constituencies and the parent company in Rennes, France, extracted Le Duff America from several non-performing joint ventures, negotiated and executed an outsourcing agreement and coordinated the outsourcing of accounting functions, sponsored the redesign of the IT infrastructure, between on-site servers, colocation, and the cloud (Microsoft Azure) to be most cost-efficient and improve data security, and obtained $7M of PPP loan
