Emma Thurlby

Emma Thurlby is an experienced Website Developer and Social Media Officer at High Peak Borough Council, a position held since June 2015, focusing on enhancing digital services and maintaining up-to-date online interactions for both High Peak and Staffordshire Moorlands District Councils.
