Rick Medrano

Rick Medrano is the MOVE Manager at High Plains Library District since September 2011. Rick has also worked as a Patron Services Supervisor and Outreach Librarian, with a focus on connecting with transitional populations. Rick holds a Master's Degree in Library and Information Science from Emporia State University.
