Jessica Butterfield

Jessica Butterfield serves as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction at High Point Academy since July 2019. Previously, Jessica founded Butterfield Tutoring from September 2007 to August 2020. Also, experience includes roles as Principal K-5 at New Roads Lower School (June 2017 - June 2019), 2nd Grade Teacher and Curriculum Coordinator K-2 at New Roads Elementary School (July 2015 - June 2017), and Mathematics Teacher at Mirman School for the Highly Gifted (July 2010 - June 2015). Additional teaching positions were held at Los Encinos and Boulder Valley School District, beginning with a focus on 4th grade. Jessica obtained an M.A. in Education with a focus on Curriculum Design and Instruction from Chapman University and holds a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis on International and Marketing Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
