Shelby Scott

Shelby Scott currently serves as the Chapter President of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated since January 2025, while also working as a Student Accounts Office Assistant at High Point University since March 2023 and as a Sales Associate at HomeGoods Stores since May 2021. Prior internship experiences include a role as an Embark Scholar at KPMG US in summer 2024, engaging in rotations through tax, audit, and advisory practices with a focus on environmental improvements, and a Marketing Intern position at SponsorUnited from June to August 2023. Previous experience includes a Finance Intern role at Morgan Stanley, where Shelby collaborated with peers on a capstone project, and a summer internship at Camp Fire in 2019. Shelby is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance at High Point University, expected to graduate in 2026, and is scheduled to complete the J.P. Morgan Commercial Banking Intern Training Program in June 2025. Educational background includes a General Diploma in Finance and Marketing from Benilde-St. Margaret's School.
