Sara O'Neill

Sara O'Neill is the Accounting Guru at High Rock Accounting. Sara has been with the company since May of 2020 and has been in the accounting industry for over 8 years. Prior to their current position, Sara was the Financial Analysis & Reporting Manager at Vālenz from May of 2018 to March of 2020. Before that, they were the Real Estate Accounting Lead at STORE Capital from September of 2015 to May of 2018. Sara began their accounting career as an Accounting Assistant at One Energy from June of 2013 to October of that same year. Sara then went on to work as an Assurance Associate at RSM US LLP from October of 2013 to September of 2015 where they were responsible for overseeing and prioritize the audit timeline, substantive testing, and delegation of workload for multiple financial statement audit engagements. Sara is a highly skilled accountant who is able to quickly learn and gain understanding of clients’ businesses in a fast-paced environment.

Sara O'Neill has a Master of Accountancy (MACC) from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, and a B.S. in Accountancy with a Japanese Minor and International Business Certificate from the same institution.

They are on a team with Lluvia Coulter - Accounting Technician, Alexa Healy - Accounting Pro, and Carol McDowell - Accounting Specialist. Sara O'Neill reports to Melissa Diaz, CFO & Partner.
