Viktoriia Rudenko possesses extensive experience in presentation design and recruitment. Currently serving as a Presentation Designer and Workflow Coordinator at Oliver Wyman since November 2018, Viktoriia is responsible for designing and editing various PowerPoint and MS Office templates, collaborating with partners and consultants to create compelling presentations. Simultaneously, Viktoriia has been a Recruiter and Authorized Representative for High Sierra Pools, Inc. since May 2014, specializing in the recruitment process for the Work&Travel USA program in Poland. Additionally, Viktoriia is an American Red Cross Instructor and Safety Inspector, conducting trainings and auditing work quality. Viktoriia holds a Master's degree in Management from Vistula University and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
