Previously, Simmons has held leadership roles such as Venture Partner at High Street Equity Partners, Executive Director and Director of Innovation at the Foundation for Social Impact, and Founder of Venture Noire. With a strong background in marketing, entrepreneurship, and community engagement, Simmons has been instrumental in creating ecosystems that support diverse founders and drive inclusive growth across various sectors. Simmons holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Arkansas.
