Randy Worzala

VP, Head of Growth at High Street Partners

Randy Worzala has spent the last 20 years helping hundreds of clients expand their global footprint, while navigating the myriad of complexities arising when entering a new country. After graduating from Purdue University, Randy began his career with KPMG in Chicago, performing internal and external audits. It was there that he joined the leadership team brought in to establish a finance and accounting outsourcing practice for clients, with a focus on venture capital backed companies that needed to quickly scale their back-office infrastructure. A rousing success, in 2002 Randy was an instrumental part of the management buyout initiative whereby the business was transitioned out of KPMG, resulting in the creation of Outsource Partners International, a private equity backed provider of finance and accounting outsourcing services. The success continued with OPI growing its revenues 200x over the next nine years, leading to a successful sale to EXL Service (Nasdaq: EXLS) in 2011, where he remained for the next 3 years as their Head of Sales.

Moving on, Randy spent the next 6 years in a similar role at TMF Group, and served as well as a member of their global leadership team. There he led their business development and client management functions in the Americas. During this time his teams sold and supported engagements helping thousands of clients, including Fortune 100 sized businesses, with their operations in more than 100 countries throughout Europe, Asia and Latin America, while also being involved in supporting engagements facilitating billions of dollars of successful M&A transactions.

In 2020 Randy joined the founding team of HSP Group as VP and Head of its Americas region, responsible for all sales, marketing, business and channel partner development, and client relationship management activities throughout the US, Canada and Latin America.
