Kevin M. Ford

Kevin M. Ford, Ph.D., is a Partner at High Street Consulting Group, leading the Performance-Based Planning and Programming (PBPP) and Transportation Asset Management (TAM) practices since January 2018. With extensive experience in optimizing infrastructure investment strategies for government agencies, Kevin Ford focuses on supporting Departments of Transportation (DOTs) in assessing long-term needs and applying data science techniques to enhance decision-making. Previously, as a Senior Data Scientist at Decision Lens, Kevin Ford spearheaded major software implementations for transportation clients, transforming Big Data into actionable performance measures. At CH2M, Kevin Ford co-founded the North American Highway/Bridge Performance and Asset Management practice, while earlier roles included research and teaching positions at Purdue University and engineering internships at Strand Associates. Kevin Ford holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, along with a Master's Degree in the same field and a Bachelor's Degree from Valparaiso University.
