Christina Siebel

Christina Siebel is a Senior HR Relationship Manager at High-Tech Gründerfonds since February 2021. Prior to that, Christina worked as an Executive Search Consultant at CSI Executive from July 2015 until February 2021. With experience in project management, consulting, and sales & marketing, Christina has a background in various industries such as finance and automotive. Christina holds a Master of International Business from Maastricht University, along with additional education from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne. Throughout their career, Christina has been involved in the full selection process, developed creative strategies for candidate acquisition, conducted interviews, performed potential analyses, and provided mentoring, coaching, and career guidance to candidates.
