Brittney Hancock

Brittney Hancock is the current Director of Recruiting at Higharc. Prior to their current position, they served as Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition at Medly Pharmacy where they led the nationwide recruiting function for a Series B digital pharmacy startup that opened on average one new location per month and served over 50k patients. Brittney also set recruiting strategy for Tech, Corporate, Sales and Operations recruiting for a team of 11 full-cycle recruiters. From March 2017 to January 2020, Brittney was Associate Director of Recruiting at Vroom where they led the recruiting function, player-coached a distributed team of seven recruiters and coordinators, managed the headcount process, recruited resources, contract negotiations and recruiting metrics. Brittney also partnered with HR Ops on compensation and benefits, HRBP teammates for internal mobility and consistency, and hiring leaders to translate how they identify, source, screen and welcome the best talent for their needs. Brittney began their career in recruiting as a Sr. Recruiter at Etsy from March 2010 to February 2017 followed by a role as Technical Recruiter at BlackRock from February 2007 to December 2009. Brittney started their professional journey as a Temporary Associate at Atrium Staffing from January 2006 to January 2007.

Brittney Hancock received their Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Fordham University.
