Kam Yip

Kam Yip is a senior software engineer who has worked for companies such as GREE International, Inc, Crystal Dynamics, and Electronic Arts. Kam is currently employed at Nike as a senior software engineer.

Kam Yip began their career in software engineering at Electronic Arts in 2002. Kam worked on the collision system and AI for the game Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King. Kam left EA in 2004 to join Nike as a software engineer.

At Nike, Kam Yip has worked on a variety of projects related to Nike's digital transformation road map. These projects have required him to have practical knowledge in web development frameworks, modern programming languages, and AWS. Kam has also gained expertise in areas such as multithreaded programming, Unity, UnrealEngine, and Qt.

Kam Yip has a BSc. (Hons) in Computing Science from Staffordshire University, and is certified as an Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect - Associate and an Amazon Web Services Developer - Associate.
