Blackwell began their career as a software engineering teaching assistant at Project Shift. Tucker was responsible for helping students in and out of the classroom and played the role of student himself. Combining CS principles, top industry frameworks, agile development practices and team-oriented/pair programming, the program is designed to take fellows from JS apprentice to competent craftsman.
In September 2020, Blackwell began working as a software engineer at RevOps - Lead to Cash Automation. Tucker worked there for nine months before moving to their current position at Higharc.
